Hello and welcome to Just Be Yoga! I’m so glad you stopped by; why don’t you stay a while and I’ll tell you a little bit about me and why I created Just Be Yoga. Make yourself comfortable; can I get you a cup of tea?
My name is Jennifer and I have been practising yoga for over 10 years. I took 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 and have been collecting knowledge in the craft since then. I have training in the Philosophy of Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation, Beginner’s Yoga, Advanced Anatomy, Alignment and Biomechanics of Yoga, and my personal favourite Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. I've almost completed 500 hours of training and will be a certified Doula in just a few months! I’m over the moon that I get to share all this juicy, joyous stuff with you!
Why Just Be Yoga? Well, yoga is more than just a pose we strike on the mat; though those are a lot of fun too. Living yoga, breathing yoga, being yoga is my everyday intention. My goal of any class is to help you become present to what is and ease points of tension in your mind and body so you can walk back into the world a little lighter, stronger and ready to Just Be!
This was me when I was pregnant with my son, Bodhi. I look this happy because I was practising Prenatal Yoga! Ha!
